Hazelnut Fudge


Hazelnut Fudge
This is a recipe from the Blog, Elana's Pantry.  Hazelnuts are a favorite nut and flavor in baked goods and gelato.  This recipe  is gluten free and simple to make with just five ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk   
  • 2 tablespoons honey            
  • 1 teaspoon hazelnut extract
  • 1 cup toasted hazelnuts chopped

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, melt chocolate and coconut milk together over very low heat.
Stir in honey and hazelnut extract.
Stir in hazelnuts.
Transfer mixture to an 8x8 baking dish.        
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve
Makes 16 squares
