Wall Garden Of The Future
As the population increases to the projected 9 billion in the year 2050 and available lands are developed into retail, manufacturing, and housing, where will food be grown. This is a wall garden where vegetables and herbs can be grown. Sorry this photos sideways and unable to be rotated.
I am traveling with little time for blogging. I am excited to share my experiences of the great collaboration of world renowned Distinguished Chefs, Journalists, Developers of the Culinary Arts Schools, Collaboration Programs for Chefs and so many of the vast fields associated with food and Food Expo 2015 sponsored by The James Beard Foundation. It was a privilege to attend their conference and hear the next level of their brilliant minds.
