Pork Breakfast Sausage

Pork Breakfast Sausage
1 1/2 pound ground Pork  90:10 ratio fat to pork
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon ground sage
1 teaspoon ground rosemary
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Place ground pork in bowl.  In another bowl blend the spices.  Sprinkle seasoning over ground pork.  Toss the pork to mix in the seasonings.
