Old Bay Seasoned Fried Shrimp

Old Bay Seasoned Fried Shrimp
Ingredients:
Shrimp, cleaned and peeled, with tail on
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
small amount of olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:
Use shrimp that are cleaned, peeled with tail on.  In a skillet add unsalted butter and olive oil.  Add garlic and shrimp.  Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.  Shrimp cook quickly.  As soon as the start to curl, flip.  Over cooking causes shrimp to be tough.

Shrimp that are cleaned and peeled. Defrost if frozen. In a pan add about 2Tbsp butter, small amt of olive oil, approximately 2 Tbsp of minced garlic. Cook then add shrimp that you've put Old Bay Seasoning on Fry. So good. Yummy
