Pea Sauce With Shrimp Or ScallopsIngredients:
1 pound frozen peas
1 to 2 Tablespoons green curry paste
1/3 cup creme fraiche or sour cream
salt to taste
Grilled /butter browned shrimp or scallops
Cook 1 lb of frozen peas, then add to a blender or food processor along with 1 to 2 Tbsp of green curry paste and about 1/3 cup creme fraiche or sour cream and salt to taste. This wonderful puree goes fantastic with grilled / butter browned shrimp or scallops!
