Mint Brownies
This recipe is shared by our friend Arlene who is a summer buddy at Lake Erie. Arlene says this recipe which was shared by her mother-in-law is very colorful and chocolaty. Thanks for sharing Arlene.
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can Hershey Chocolate Syrup
Mix all together and bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool.

2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 Tablespoons Creme de Mint
Mix well and spread on cake.

1 cup chocolate chips
6 Tablespoons butter
Melt and mix well. Spread glaze over cake. Cool completely and cut.
Makes 4 dozen small squares.
