Le Cordon Bleu ParisI have two granddaughters living in Italy who vacationed this summer as a family touring several European countries. While they spent time in Paris, the two girls took a cooking class at Le Cordon Bleu cooking school. As I understand eleven year old Anna has become very proficient at making risotto. Today a parcel arrived with several gifts from their travels. Thank you Mary, Silvano, Laura and Anna!
