Paninis A Plenty

We have become quite fond of paninis, those wonderful grilled sandwiches made on a panini grill. The grill looks almost identical to a waffle iron. The lid is weighted and the sandwich cooks / heats from the top and bottom. Here are some wonderful combinations that I have recently made.
