Sauce for Salmon

Sauce For Salmon
Place in blender:
1/4 cup chives, cut fine
2 Tablespoons tarragon, chopped
3/4 cup chopped basil
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly grated pepper
Blend well.

Grate half of a hot house cucumber.  You want long strings of cucumber.  Place on a paper towel to remove excess moisture.  Stir into mixture just to blend.  Refrigerate until ready to use.
