Stuffed Pepper Soup

Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 lbs lean ground beef
3 large green peppers, seeded and chopped
1 large onion chopped
4 oz. white button mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
1 32 oz. carton beef broth
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 28 oz. can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
4 shakes Worchestershire Sauce
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cup cooked rice

Directions:
Brown ground beef, add onion, green pepper, and mushrooms. When onion is translucent, add remaining ingredients. Simmer for thirty minutes and serve.
