Nordic Salmon
Salmon harvested from the frigid North Sea is the mildest and sweetest salmon I have tasted. Our daughter prepared the salmon in such a simple way. She coated the skin with salt and baked the salmon on a rack at 350. The length of time depends on the size of salmon. What a TREAT!
