Zucchini and Carrot Egg Loaf



            Zucchini and Carrot Egg Loaf
(Makes 1 small loaf)
Ingredients:
6 eggs (whisked)
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 zucchini grated
1/2 carrot grated
1 garlic clove grated
4 slices bacon diced, fried crisp
1/4 red onion chopped
1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a prepared in loaf dish (bread) and bake at 180 C or 350 F' in oven for 25 minutes.
