Tangerine Cranberry Sauce
Makes 1 1/2 cups.Ingredients:
12 oz. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice
(orange juice also works well)

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring often, until cranberries pop, about 10 minutes. Watch for hot splatters. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate up to 5 days.
