Steak Bites With Mustard Dipping Sauce

Steak Bites with Mustard Dipping sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 lbs steak cut into 1-inch cubes (sirloin, tenderloin, rib eye, or strip steak)
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley minced
Mustard Dipping Sauce
½ c sour cream
¼ c Maille Old Style Mustard
1-2 tsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic finely grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Garlic Butter & Mustard Dipping Sauce:

Combine the mustard dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. To taste, season with salt and pepper.

Place the dipping sauce into the fridge, covered until ready to serve.

Directions:  Steak Preparations:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil.

When hot, add the steak and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the steak for about 3 to 4 minutes, often stirring until golden brown.

If using a large enough skillet, cook the steak in batches to not overcrowd the skillet.

Adjust the heat to medium-low and add in the butter and garlic.

Continue to cook for a minute or 2 more, stirring so the steak bites will be coated in the garlic-butter sauce.

Garnish with parsley and serve the steak bites with the creamy mustard dipping sauce. Enjoy!
