Homemade Sausages
My friend Thierry posted photos of sausages that he artfully crafted. I asked if he shared his recipes and viola, the ingredient list was posted. Sausage recipes are most often listed with ingredients minus the measurements. Your palate indicates the amount or omission.Spanish Pork Saussage pictured on the right that you don't need to grill or cook. Can just use it as a paste or spread on a piece of bread... Very tasty. Have to wait for 1 week before eating. "The longer you wait, the more delicious it becomes" !
Ingredients,
ground pork,
salt, pepper,
white wîne,
garlic,
pimentòn (spanish paprika),
paprika,
anise seeds,
fenel seeds,
ginger,
cinnamon,
cloves,
cayenne,
oregano
pink pepper.
The sausage on the left is a breakfast sausage.
