1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons finely chopped preserved lemon, unwashed
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh soft herbs (chives, tarragon, parsley, etc.)
Fresh ground black pepper
Preserved lemon brine or salt to taste
Directions:
