10# pork butt ground 90-10

Season with:

1 Tablespoon  caraway seed

1 Tablespoon ground caraway

1 Tablespoon mustard seed

1 Tablespoon ground mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon pepper

3 1/2 Tablespoons Kosher salt

1 bunch fresh green onions
