Garlic Roasted Brussel Sprouts
With Onions And Walnuts
Ingredients
8 cups (24 oz.) brussel sprouts, quartered1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 shallots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 450ยบ F.In a large bowl, combine brussel sprouts, garlic, shallots, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to combine and season everything.
Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until some brussel sprouts have become crispy.
In the meantime, toast your walnuts for 4-5 minutes, in a pan over medium-high heat, stirring frequently so they don’t burn.
Remove tray from oven, add walnuts and extra olive oil (and seasoning, if needed) and toss well. Serve hot.
