The Great Wall
If you noticed the blogger was MIA. The reason, I took a trip to Beijing and Shanghai. The biggest accomplishment for me was waking the Great Wall. I was one of two women to accomplish the feat. Steps are uneven, irregular and built into the terrain, coupled with altitude making them difficult to climb.

I wanted to celebrate turning 75 in a special way. That was as special as it could get!
I felt Great News was very unfair to the many faithful people who supported them with their top priced merchandise and over priced classes with tastes that almost became a one bite sample. They lied to us about the lack of merchandise being due to the longshore dock strikes. If they were to ever start up another business I would not patronize them. I have a problem with dishonest business people. Unfortunately Phillis Carey supports herself with classes and I think Great News has turned many people away.
