Spiced Apple Cider
Ginger, cinnamon and cloves have
many health-boosting properties,
especially during cold and flu
season. Fresh ginger root adds a more vibrant flavor than dried
ground ginger. For another variation,
substitute orange slices for the
lemon slices.
