Champagne Vinagrette

Chausid Champagne Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1/4 cup white wine vinegar 

1/4 cup white champagne vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons sugar

1 small shallot, minced

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend in blender.  Yield 1 cup.
