Nut Butter Oats ~ Buddha Bowl

Buddha Bowl ~ Nut Butter Oats
15 ml soya milk
55g oats  (1/4 cup)
2 tablespoons almond butter or other
2 fresh strawberries sliced
a handful of dried cranberries
a handful of fresh cranberries
a tsp. cocoa nibs
a drizzle of runny honey

The night before you want to eat, mix the soya milk and oats together in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.  The next morning add the remaining ingredients.
