Bourbon Cream



HOW TO MAKE DIY 

BOURBON CREAM 
Author: 
Serves: one quart




Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of bourbon
¾ cup of cream (I used heavy whipping cream)
1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract 
2 teaspoons of almond extract  (Kim Olson added 
   half of recommended amount.)
3 tablespoons of honey (or to taste).

Directions:
Add all ingredients to the blender and gently blend for a few minutes.

Pour into a container and let it rest in the fridge for a few hours before serving, it should be a little thicker after cooling.
