Hot German Potato Salad

Hot German Potato Salad
Ingredients:
5 pounds red skins potatoes
1 lb. bacon, diced and fried crisp
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
24 oz. white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
5 eggs fork whipped

Directions:
Boil potatoes with skin.  Fry bacon crisp and add to bowl.  Add sugar to bacon grease, then add vinegar.  Ladle hot vinegar mixture into fork whipped eggs a small amount at a time.  Return to skillet over low heat stirring and cook until thick.  Skin potatoes while hot, cut up and pour hot dressing over potatoes.  Let stand several hours before serving.
