Snowflake Eggnog
Another favorite of mine!
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons warm honey
3 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mace
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs chilled and separated
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions:
Blend warm honey with a little milk: then add remaining milk, salt, mace, and vanilla. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add milk mixture blending well. Beat egg whites well stiff and fold into mixture. Add whipped cream folding into mixture. Serve at once. Yield: Ten 1/2 cup servings.
