Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
36 medium mushrooms 1/2 cup light cream
1/4 cup butter 2 teaspoons minced chives
1 tablespoon flour 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Remove the stems and chop fine: sautés in butter. Stir flour in sautéed stems, add salt and cream Stir until whisk. Stir in chives and lemon juice. Spoon mixture in mushroom caps. Can be frozen at this point. Bake at 400*F for 8 minutes or until the filling bubbles and mushrooms are tender.
