Beef Roast ~ Roast Beef Insta Pot
Note from Elizabeth Moon Werntgen Every single time I make a pot roast it’s incredible. Fall apart tender juicy and amazing. I do the same thing every single time… I cut the roast into large chunks, rub my seasoning into the outside of it, sear it on all sides, put beef broth in for my liquid, put trivet in pot, put sautéed onions and seared meat on top of that, close it up and set for high pressure for 50 minutes and then do a full natural release. When it’s done I’ll take out the trivet and the meat, turn it to sauté, add a little cornstarch slurry to thicken up my broth so I have a nice gravy, put the meat back into the pot to let it get all that gravy through it, and chow down. It’s incredible..
