Egg Bites ~ Instant Pot
Ingredients:Six eggs,
3/4 cup of 2% cottage cheese,
1/4 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese
About one cup of baby spinach, chopped.
Directions:
Beat the six eggs. Add the cottage cheese and mild cheddar cheese. When well blended, add the chopped spinach.
Settings for Instant Pot:
Low pressure for 10 minutes,
then 5 minute natural release.
Yield: 12 egg bites.
