Cinnamon Apple Muffins With Caramel Frosting.


Cinnamon Apple Muffins With Caramel Frosting


Combine and mix well:
1 1/4 cup AP flour, 
1 cup brown sugar,
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 to 1 tsp spices (depending on added ingredients),
1 tsp baking soda, 
1/2 tsp salt. 
Combine liquid ingredients and add to dry ingredients stirring just to mix.  (Don't 0vermix!)
1/4 cup vegetable oil, 
1 egg (or two depending on other ingredients), 
1 or 2 green apples, peeled and chopped.

Bake at 350 Degrees for about 20 minutes (depending on added fruit)
