Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie
Ingredients:
For The Crust
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup butter
Mix the cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter. Form into pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F Cool in freezer.
Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups whipped cream
12 tablespoons shaved chocolate
Directions:
Whip together cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until stiff. Slowly add butter, vanilla, and whipped cream. Pour into baked pie shell and garnish with shaved chocolate, cover and freeze.
