Just A Simple Rye Bread.
Ingredients:
3 cups bread flour
1 cup dark rye flower
2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1.5 warm water
Directions
Put all in bowl mix until combined. It will be sticky,
Proof for 12 to 18 hours
Push down shape into ball, proof 2 hours
Set stove at 475
Heat Dutch oven pot
Put dough into hot pot
Bake for 30 min. With lid on.
Take lid off cook another 15 min to darken
Check bread it browns fast the last 25 min
