Rosemary Olive Oil Croutons

Homemade croutons are a perfect to level up any salad. They were great in a massaged kale Caesar Salad.
Ingredients:
2 cups cubed bread, anything bread you have
2 Tablespoons Rosemary Olive oil
2 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano grated or any other hard cheese you have on hand.
Salt and Pepper or a spice blend of your choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a baking sheet with a silicone sheet or parchment paper for easy clean up.

Cut bread in 1 inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.  Drizzle with olive oil and toss to mix well. Toss all remains ingredients.

Spread the seasoned cubes on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes..

Turn cubes with tongs and bake another 3 to 4 minutes. They should be slightly browned and crunchy
