Myers Brothers Breakfast Sausage
Salt 4 parts
Pepper 1 part
Allspice 1/4 part
Nutmeg 1/2 part
This recipe will fit any amount of meat. Use tablespoons for larger amounts or teaspoons for smaller amounts of pork ground with a 90:10 ratio of lean to fat. Combine the spices and sprinkle over the ground meat and toss. Best if you can allow flavors to mellow before using, maybe 1/2 hour or so.
