Pina Colada Seltzer
Ingredients:2 ounces coconut water
1½ oz gold, spiced or dark rum or 2 oz flavored rum
2 oz pineapple juice
2 to 4 oz soda water
Lime wedge and pineapple spear for garnish
Mint or basil sprig for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Add coconut water, rum and pineapple juice to a rocks glass half-filled with crushed ice or filled with regular ice.
