Chocolate Dipped Macaroons
Ingredients:
14 ounces, (weight) sweetened coconut
14 ounces, fluid sweetened, Condensed Milk
2 large egg whites
½ teaspoons vanilla
¼ teaspoons salt
½ cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips for dipping
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully
fold egg whites into the coconut mixture. Spoon onto a cookie sheet and
bake until golden, about 25 minutes.
