Mushroom Wild Rice Bake
Ingredients:
4 ½ cups water
1 ½ tbsp. beef base
2 ½ tsp. minced garlic
¼ pounds wild rice
¼ pounds brown rice
½ pounds. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. margarine

Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the water, base, garlic and wild rice; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add brown rice, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in mushrooms and margarine. Transfer to an ungreased 9x9 pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
