Anne's Pasta Sauce

Anne's Pasta Sauce
Ingredients:
Olive oil 
Onion
6 tomatoes, chopped
3/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup 1/2 +1/2
Salt + pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Oregano
Basil
Lobster Ravioli

Directions:
Sauce the onion in olive oil:  add the tomatoes chopped into small pieces with chicken stock, salt and pepper.  Cook until tomatoes have cooked and liquid is reduced.  At this point the mixture can be blended with an immersion blender.  Add the 1/2 + 1/2, Parmesan cheese, and herbs.  Serve over favorite pasta, salmon, or any dish that a creamy tomato sauce would enhance.
