Dalmatian Style Fig Paste  

Ingredients:
figs
brandy 
a little sugar if you wish. 
Directions:
Cook the chopped figs and brandy to desired consistency. 
Note:
I love it spread on Rosemary Foccaccia and gorganzola cheese, then heaped with thinly sliced procuitto. Divine!
