Bacon And Cheddar Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
14 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup crisp-cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon fresh chives or green onion tops

Directions:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise.  Remove yolks to a medium bowl.  Reserve 24 egg halves.  Finely chop remaining egg halves.  Mash yolks in a bowl with fork Add mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and pepper; mix well.  Add chopped egg halves, bacon, cheese and chives; mix well.  Place egg halves, hollowed side up, on serving plate.  Divide the yolk mixture evenly into the egg halves.  Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors.  Makes 12 servings.
