Finger Licking Corn On The Cob

Finger Licking Corn On The Cob, 5*****
Ingredients:
8 corn on the cob, husked
2 envelopes Onion Soup Mix
2 sticks or 1 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Combine 1 cup melted butter with 2 envelopes of onion soup mix.  (Crush the contents of the soup packet, to a fine mixture.)  Set aside allowing flavors to develop.

Place the butter mixture in a loaf dish enough to hold the ear of corn.   Roll corn in butter-onion mixture to coat the corn.  Remove the corn and wrap each ear of corn in paper towels securing the ends of towels.  

Place 4 ears of corn on a microwave-safe plate.  Microwave for about 8 minutes.  Repeat procedure for the remaining 4 ears of corn.

Unwrap and serve immediately.  Serves 8 

Any leftover butter mixture can be refrigerated and melted to be used again.
