Directions:
Chop or Dice the boiled eggs. Drain the can of beans. Place in blender and smooth to a paste. chopped herbs, squeeze of lemon juice, Add the garlic, Dijon mustard, chopped capers, squeeze lemon juice,, Stir to mix well. Add chopped herbs, cracked pepper, sea salt, Spread on toasted bread or crackers,: garnish with radishes, arugula, and drizzle of olive oil.
