Blue Cheese Cole Slaw

Blue Cheese Cole Slaw
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 T. white wine
3 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed 
1 tsp. salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 medium head of green cabbage finely shredded
1 large carrot, julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
3/4 cup crumbled Danish blue cheese

Directions:

Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together in a large mixing bowl. 

Whisk in the vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Toss with cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and blue cheese. 

Cover and chill ready to serve but no longer than 8 hours.
