My Go-to Poultry Brine.
2 cups water6 oz. Lager Beer.
2 tbsp. kosher salt.
2 tbsp. minced garlic.
2 tbsp. sugar.
Mix in a ziplock bag, add poultry, brine in the fridge for a least 2 hours, more for thicker meats.
You may have to adjust the amount by weight for a whole turkey.
